Simran maintains a real estate development and general corporate and commercial law practice focused on supporting small businesses, private lending, commercial leasing, and land purchase agreements. Her experience also includes wills and estates, residential real estate, commercial leasing, and condominium development.
Prior to attending law school, Simran graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and worked in the banking/finance industry. Simran articled with a national firm prior to establishing her practice with a boutique business law firm in south Edmonton. Simran approaches each of her client’s matters with a practical approach seeking the best results in a timely and economic fashion. Simran’s clients include everything from real estate investors and developers to small business owners and home builders.
Simran is proud of her Saskatchewan roots and credits her work ethic to observing her parents establish themselves as entrepreneurs.
Simran is a mother of two and remains actively involved in the Edmonton community. She is a proud board member for the ACTLA Women’s Legal Forum which encourages the collegiality and friendship, professional and personal growth, support, and mentorship among the female bar in Alberta, and Little Warriors which is a Canadian charitable organization focused to the awareness, prevention, and treatment of child sexual abuse.
