Brian’s practice emphasis is in commercial litigation with a focus on bankruptcy and insolvency; foreclosures; builders’ liens; and debt recovery on behalf of local and national lenders.
Brian has appeared before all levels of the judiciary in Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is recognized as an authority in drafting of legal precedents relating to creditors’ rights matters.
