Terry’s practice emphasis includes real estate law in areas of the sale, purchase, refinance, and leasing of residential and commercial property, land development, condominium development, construction and acting for builders; corporate and commercial law in the acquisition and sale of corporations, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, franchising; Aboriginal law in advising First Nations and Metis in a wide variety of issues including governance, corporate, finance, treaty and election matters.
Terry was awarded a knighthood in recognition for his service to the Italian Republic.
