Ben’s practice emphasis is in commercial and residential real estate acquisition and development. He advises on real property development in the context of industrial, residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, and negotiates and prepares joint venture, co-ownership and development agreements with local developers. Ben’s clients include property managers; home builders; and large and small property developers.

Ben also advises on general business matters including banking, financial services, and commercial leasing, where he acts for both landlords and tenants.
