Christian has extensive experience in the areas of Aboriginal and constitutional law, having worked on significant Aboriginal title and rights claims in Alberta and British Columbia.

Christian provides strategic legal advice and representation to First Nations on matters related to Aboriginal rights, governance, taxation and economic development. He also advises on the negotiation of land claims agreements with various levels of government.

In addition, Christian provides civil litigation representation in the areas of business law, family law (parenting, support and division of matrimonial property) and administrative law. He also regularly provides advice to individuals and businesses on corporate matters, commercial and real estate transactions and the drafting of wills and other estate documents.

Christian uses a dynamic approach to the resolution of legal issues, and understands that the right outcome will vary based on each client’s objectives.
