Scott’s practice emphasis includes real estate law, in the area of sale, purchase, refinance, and leasing of residential and commercial property and land developments. Another significant focus of his practice is corporate and commercial law, specializing in the acquisition and sale of corporations, as well as, corporate finance and corporate restructuring. Furthermore, Scott concentrates a significant portion of his practice to the area of condominium law, including: attending board meetings, condominium development, by-law implementation and revision, along with general advice and legal opinions.
