Lanny’s practice emphasis is primarily on condominium law (advice and litigation); residential construction law (advice and litigation) and general commercial litigation. Lanny’s litigation practice focuses primarily on debt collection, builders’ lien litigation, and condominium matters. Lanny is also active in the field of real estate law including residential and commercial sales, purchases, refinancing, leasing and development.
