Amber practices in the area of general civil litigation, with an emphasis in employment law, as well as condominium law; debt collection; contract law; construction law and builder’s liens; and landlord/tenant matters. She has acted for both employers and employees on a variety of employment proceedings, including wrongful dismissals; Human Rights complaints; Employment Standards claims; Federal Labour complaints; and advising employers on general employment matters.
